Territory Manager – Sales
We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to help grow our commercial property maintenance business throughout Michigan. In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and present service solutions that support safe, well-maintained commercial properties.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow a sales territory across Michigan
- Build relationships with property managers, retail groups, and commercial businesses
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored maintenance solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (service industries a strong plus)
- Ability to build trust and communicate value to clients
- Skilled in territory development, prospecting, and relationship management
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- A strong understanding of commercial services, facilities, or exterior maintenance is preferred
Operations Manager
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee field operations and ensure exceptional service delivery across Michigan. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating schedules, customer follow-up, solving on-site issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple commercial property portfolios
- Support crew performance and ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Coordinate service schedules for snow removal, landscaping, and other maintenance offerings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your territory
- Work closely with sales to deliver on best-in-class service commitments
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in exterior services or field operations supervision (landscaping, snow removal, property maintenance, or similar)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and solving issues on the ground
- Committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service
